2. Workspace Usage

• Workspaces are to be used strictly for professional and business activities.
• Users must maintain a respectful noise level and not disturb others.
• Meeting rooms must be pre-booked and vacated at the end of the reserved time.

3. Payments & Billing

• All services are billed in advance on a monthly or per-use basis.
• Late payments may incur additional charges or result in suspension of access.
• No refunds are provided for early termination unless otherwise stated.

4. Code of Conduct

• Disruptive, abusive, or illegal behavior will not be tolerated.
• Users must not damage property, misuse internet services, or bring hazardous items into the premises.
• PacePro reserves the right to revoke access without notice for violations.

5. Internet & Data Usage

Our workspace provides high-speed internet for work-related activities. Illegal downloads, unethical browsing, and large bandwidth abuse may lead to disconnection or action.

6. Personal Property

Members are responsible for their own belongings. PacePro is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of any personal items left unattended.

7. Privacy

We collect basic information to provide services. We do not share your personal data with third parties without your consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Modifications

PacePro may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
